Will you join our technical team?

Your duties:

 

  • Planning:
    routes maintenance scheduling and optimization, preparing installations, customer contact (NL/FR).
  • Warehouse Management:
    Packing orders, inventory management placing orders, registering and repairing fragrance devices, refill fragrance bottles, …
  • ‘Flying technician’:
    Interventions, maintenance and installations of fragrance devices at customer sites. Preparation and set-up of events such as Tomorrowland in July.
  • You will report to the Office Manager and work closely with other colleagues.

Your skills and competencies:

  • You have basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook and will learn our CRM system (Zoho).
  • You are a driven person who is technically strong.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and are communicative in French.
  • You are conscientious and can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Accurate work, solution-oriented thinking and going for the extra (s)mile are among your many talents.
  • You enhance the company’s professional image with your social skills.
  • Ideally living region of Antwerp/Brussels/Mechelen as you will be in Lier a lot.
  • You have a driver’s license B

Who will you work with?

The Scents team currently consists of 9 employees, will you join us!

You will work with our technicians Jim, Tom and Bruno. You will be in close contact with our Office Manager Tess. Of course also colleagues Kaat, Riet, Nathalie, Amy and manager Patrick are ready to help you or for a nice chat during lunch.
