Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my discount?
You will receive your €50 discount (excluding VAT) as a credit note on your next invoice, after the introduced customer has become a permanent all-in customer or has purchased a device.
What if someone purchases a device through me?
When someone purchases a professional* device through your recommendation, you will still receive a €50 discount. New customers will receive a 5% discount on their purchase invoice.
*This discount does not apply when the customer purchases a home appliance.
How many customers can I bring in?
You can bring in as many clients as you want! You will receive the discount for every new customer you bring to us.
What if the customer forgets to mention that they are coming through me?
It is not a problem if this is not mentioned at first contact. Be sure to let us know within 4 weeks of initial contact to be entitled to the discount.
