What we did

OG Cycles Mouscron has been a customer for several years and is known for its passion for bicycles and customer experience. With the opening of a new, larger showroom, OG Cycles wanted to further enhance that experience. To ensure an even and pleasant scent diffusion throughout the entire space, we expanded the existing scent concept. A second scent diffuser was installed alongside the existing one, so that both customers and employees can experience the same positive atmosphere throughout the showroom. The Bochic scent, stylish, warm, and modern, perfectly matches the premium character of the bicycles and the professional look and feel of the store.

Thanks to the expansion of the scent marketing concept, the new OG Cycles Mouscron showroom is experienced as a warm, inviting, and professional environment. Customers enjoy a more intense shopping experience, and employees enjoy a pleasant working atmosphere every day. The even distribution of scent enhances the brand experience throughout the entire showroom.
